NATIONAL WORKERS' COMPENSATION DEFENSE NETWORK

MEMBER FIRMS
       Each member firm of NWCDN has received the "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier rating service of attorneys and law firms for over 130 years. This rating means the firms are recognized within the profession as having the highest degree of ethical standards and legal expertise. Network firms are known for their aggressive and effective advocacy on behalf of employers and insurance entities providing coverage for work place accidents. Where practical, each member firm maintains a statewide practice in the representation of clients. Each has a reputation for being active on the state, regional or national level on behalf of their defense clients. In addition to representation before the courts, member firms often contribute to the development and assessment of workers' compensation matters on legislative, regulatory, or administrative levels. Quality legal education and information to their respective clients is another service aptly provided by member firms.

       To be accepted as a member of NWCDN, firms must meet the above qualifications and have a national and state reputation for cost effective and aggressive advocacy on behalf of their clients as well as a commitment to continuing legal education.

       Finally, each member firm has a reputation for protecting the workers' compensation system in their respective jurisdiction(s) in an effort to maintain a fair and balanced workers' compensation program for the benefit of all the parties.
